Shipping policy

< Overseas Shipping >

  • Delivered by DHL.
  • Normally shipped within 14 days after order, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Made-to-order items take approximately 6 weeks to produce. Once shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 7 days after shipping. (Varies depending on destination country)
  • DHL will send you a shipping status notification to the email address you registered when placing your order. If you have any requests regarding delivery date and time, please contact DHL directly using that email. (Delivery date and time can only be specified during business hours on weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays *Varies depending on destination country)
  • Delivery date and time cannot be specified on this site. Please contact DHL directly.
  • Shipping costs are determined by the destination country. When placing an order, the actual shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout screen.

 

  • Please write the shipping address and name in English.
  • Customs duties and consumption tax are levied on ordered items based on the laws of each country, and customs fees may also be charged by the postal service of the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all payments of customs duties and other charges incurred after shipping.
  • A commercial invoice will be attached to shipments outside of Japan to avoid delays at customs. In order to comply with international import and export rules and regulations, we will not lower the order amount listed on the commercial invoice.
  • We cannot change the delivery address, change the contents, or cancel the order after the product has been shipped.
  • Only one delivery address can be assigned per order.
  • If multiple orders are placed before shipping, they will be sent together if they are to the same address.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to reasons such as the delivery area, traffic, weather, and social conditions.
  • If the package is returned due to a long absence or refusal to receive, we will charge you the round-trip shipping fee incurred at that time and the shipping fee for re-shipping.
  • If the delivery address is in a remote area where it is difficult to secure a delivery route, a separate delivery fee may be charged. If you let us know your address before placing your order, we will check the delivery fee.

  • Free domestic delivery of artwork (shipping charges apply for orders of single books)

About specifying the date and time

  • We usually ship within 10 business days after receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • It takes about 6 weeks from production to shipping for made-to-order products. We will contact you by email as soon as the product is ready.
  • For regular sales products, you can specify a delivery date and time 10 days or more after the order date.

  • We cannot change the delivery address or contents or cancel the order after the product has been shipped.
  • Each order will be sent to one location.

  • There may be delays due to delivery area, traffic, weather, etc.
