- The product includes only the artwork, not the frame.
- The price does not include customs and import taxes. Customs and import taxes must be paid by the customer.
- As this is a made-to-order product, we cannot accept cancellations due to personal circumstances.
- The product will be shipped by DHL. It will take 1-2 weeks from shipping to arrival. (Depending on the country)
- If you order a regular sale product at the same time you purchase a made-to-order product, the products will be shipped together after the made-to-order product is completed. Please note that we are unable to make split shipments.
- For made-to-order, after your order is confirmed our craftsmen will craft each item by hand so it will take approximately 4 weeks for shipping.
- As soon as the shipping date is confirmed we will contact you.
